MSC Group to open $100M North American cruise headquarters in South Florida

An international shipping company will open a new headquarters for its North American Cruise Division Miami’s downtown area. MSC Group will open a 120,000 sq.ft office in Block 55 at Sawyer’s Walk, a mixed-use complex that is now under construction at 249 NW 6th St in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood.
